Lysá Hora (4,341 ft)

The highest peak of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy and the third highest mountain in the Czech Republic outside the Krkonoše range. At the summit there is a mountain hut and a stone lookout tower called Šindler's Tower, from which there is a magnificent view as far as the Tatras.

Pustevny

Mountain saddle at an altitude of 3,340 ft, where unique buildings designed by architect Dušan Jurkovič are located. The Libušín and Maměnka buildings represent the pinnacle of Wallachian wooden architecture and are protected cultural monuments.

Chapel of St. Cyril and Methodius on Radhošť summit

Radhošť (3,704 ft)

Mythical mountain associated with the Slavic legend of the god Radegast. At the summit stands the neo-Gothic chapel of St. Cyril and Methodius and the monumental statue of Radegast by Albín Polášek. Important pilgrimage and tourist site.

🏛️ Wallachian Open-Air Museum

The largest open-air museum in the Czech Republic in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Unique collection of folk architecture and demonstrations of traditional crafts.

🏰 Hukvaldy Castle
